We are looking for ambitious and diligent Junior Consultants to plan, execute and deliver Transaction Services and Restructuring projects for front-ranking private equity and corporate clients as well as lenders. This involves amongst others corporate acquisitions and disposals, independent business reviews (IBR), refinancing, short-term cash flow and working capital management, but also covering value-enhancing portfolio management projects. You will work in diverse teams and help conducting analyses, with a full exposure to all stages of the transaction. Including the participation in meetings with the client, target management or other advisors involved during the project (lawyers, bankers, strategy consultants, etc.). Your team members (from the senior to the partner) participate in your day-to-day training and help you acquire all the technical knowledge required to work autonomously within the team as soon as possible.
We expect our future Consultant to have:
A Master’s degree in economics, commercial engineering, business administration or business economics;
Previous internships or work experience in corporate finance (audit, M&A, banking and other related fields) is a plus
Entrepreneurial and looking forward to be exposed to challenging tasks;
Fluent with Excel and PowerPoint;
Clear opinions that you gladly share with others;
You like solving new issues in a practical and creative manner;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a great team player;
A strong knowledge of Dutch, French and English; and
Eager to work on cross border assignments.
