·        To further strengthen cooperation between all offices in terms of communication, marketing and sales.

 

ROLE

·        Support in global and local Communications

o   Supporting thought leadership strategy

o   Proofreading papers/reports

o   Translating and/or coordinating translation

o   Writing web articles and executive summaries, uploading content to the website

o   Designing LinkedIn visuals, writing LinkedIn posts

·        Supporting business communications (deals, league tables, promotions and appointments, office openings, clippings)

o   Writing business content (deals, web articles) and LinkedIn posts

o   Client events (organisation, invitation, communications)

o   Uploading content on the website

o   Designing LinkedIn visuals

o   Executing SEO/SEA (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) campaigns

·        Supporting local internal comms

o   Proofreading papers/reports

o   Updating Marketing information

·        Managing Marketing tools, incl. Managing Marketing Data in the CRM

o   Updating the client base and running Data cleaning campaigns

o   Extracts of targeted lists for events, emailing and mailing campaigns

o   Reports, KPIs monitoring

o   Acting as liaison with CRM team


Profil recherché

REQUIREMENTS

·        Bachelor’s degree (degree in marketing or similar area will be treated as an advantage)

·        Min. 5 years of experience in digital marketing (mandatory)

o   experience in working in a digital/marketing agency (will be treated as an advantage)

o   or in a marketing division cooperating with a digital/marketing agency

·        Good understanding of social media and website management & analytics (eg. Google Analytics, Matomo Analytics, SEMRush etc.)

·        Experience in creating and implementing organic and commercial campaigns on social media, especially on LinkedIn, and knowledge of the LinkedIn Ads tool (mandatory)

·        Up-to-date on the newest trends and technologies in digital marketing

·        Proficiency in:

o   Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, InDesign)

o   Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

·        Experience in working:

o   with CRM and CMS systems

o   on SEO optimisation and creation of websites

o   with marketing automation systems (eg. Hubspot, Pardot)

·        Experience in working with business services sector (especially financial sector) and in B2B communication (both will be treated as an advantage)

·        French and English proficiency (min. C1) (mandatory, the interview will be held in English and French)

·        Creative and analytical skills

·        Excellent communication, aesthetics, design and writing skills

·        Strong organisational and project management skills, hands-on attitude

·        High attention to detail, precision

·        Interest in innovative digital marketing tools, creativity

·        Responsibility
