Eight Advisory has contributed its expertise to the acquisition of a stake in the Berto Group by investors BNP Paribas Développement, SOFIPACA Capital Investissement, SOFILARO Capital Investissement and Bpifrance.

Berto Group, founded in 1962, is a major player in the transport and logistics sector in France. It is known for its large fleet of vehicles. It covers a wide range of sectors, including industry, distribution, construction and healthcare.
