• You will work as fully integrated team member on planning, executing and delivering Transaction Services and Transformation (primarily IT & Tech Due Diligence in buy- and sell-side transactions) for international and national private equity and corporate clients.
• From the beginning you get responsibility on our Transformation and Tech Due Diligence projects and will receive a intensive on the job training to increase your understanding of the mechanisms of buy- and sell-side M&A processes.
• You will receive a performance orientated and fair remuneration and you will be supported in any professional exams and qualification.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a renown university/ business school with preferably a major in information systems, finance, business administration or similar
• Fluent written and spoken German and English language skills
• Excellent analytical skillset and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Proficient in MS Office (especially PPT & MS Excel); experience with analytical tools e.g. PowerBI is a plus
• Previous internships or work experience in transaction consulting or in a comparable environment (e.g. M&A, IT consulting)
