We leverage our sectoral and functional experience in similar projects to conduct data-driven diagnostics, identify end-to-end value chain improvement levers, quantify financial impacts and costs, and set out a detailed implementation roadmap.
Our approach considers your initial ambition, if defined, and builds on it in 4 phases, Aim, Build, Consolidate and Plan, each with its own clear actions, results, and next steps.
Before project kick-off, we set up its governance, identify initial ambitions, conduct framing interviews, collect data, and perform first analyses and benchmarks, to then hit the ground running.
We identify and assess improvement levers through analyses, site visits, stakeholder interviews, benchmarks, and so on, and for each lever we produce a business case with impacts, costs, prerequisites, and risks.
We prioritize the levers and design a consolidated plan with the management team and stakeholders that identifies and manages key risks and interdependencies, and translates impacts into the company’s business plan.
We build the implementation roadmap for each selected lever and for the whole plan, with central and local management buy-in won by engaging them in the project from the very start.
