Our Support

Our approach takes into account your initial goal, if already defined. We move through four phases: aim, build, consolidate and plan. Each phase has clear actions and outcomes.

Aim

Before project kick-off, we set up its governance, identify initial goals, conduct framing interviews, collect data, and perform first analyses and benchmarks, to able to then hit the ground running.

Build

We identify and assess improvement levers through analyses, site visits, stakeholder interviews, benchmarks, and so on, and for each lever we produce a business case with impacts, costs, prerequisites, and risks.

Consolidate

We prioritise levers and develop a consolidated plan with the management team and shareholders. We identify and manage risks and interdependencies, and incorporate their impact into the business plan.

Plan

We build and detail the implementation roadmap for each selected lever as well as for the overall plan. We get central and local management buy-in thanks to their involvement in the project from the outset.
