Finance Transformation Expertise Area

We have brought together in our Transformation Finance department all the expertise and experience necessary to meet the needs of Chief Financial Officers (CFOs).

Composed of finance professionals and experienced consultants, the Transformation Finance team responds to all corporate financial management and cash management needs, such as short-term financing, working capital requirements, cash flow management, and so on.

Our team supports companies, regardless of their size, geographical footprint, or capital-intensive nature.

What sets us apart

The Transformation Finance team combines the expertise and experience of a range of corporate finance professionals (e.g. CFOs, COOs, CIOs, management controllers, treasurers) and consultants from various backgrounds.

Our team of 60 professionals are experts in managing crisis situations and resulting cash flow tensions.

We support companies in their need to restructure and set up teams and finance departments capable of supporting their development. Our team works in particular with :

  • Primary LBOs that need to set up structures capable of supporting their new needs;
  • Carve out companies that need to become independent;
  • Fast-growing companies that need to structure themselves to support their growth.

Our team supports groups that need to strengthen their financial management (primary LBO, next 40, etc.).

Finance departments have been strongly impacted by a great variety of changes, such as the Covid health crisis, teleworking, inflation, and new financing.

We help them deal with the challenges they face with a multidisciplinary approach, involving information systems, process and financial reporting, working capital optimization, short-term financing, cash management, and so on.
