She helps shareholders and business leaders make better decisions by making the numbers talk by introducing a “cash culture” to optimise cash flow, working capital, financing and risk management in transformation or restructuring contexts. Caroline-Emilie is driven by change management, aligning stakeholders and mobilising teams with a constant drive for improvement, efficiency and performance in line with sustainable finance and extra-financial analysis. She has joined 8 Advisory Finance Transformation Division,to strengthen the teams, particularly in working capital management and optimisation.
