Before any arbitration, our team of experts carry out an audit phase to establish strengths and weaknesses of the situation. This preliminary study is conducted according to a structured protocol. It quickly allows the client to have a clear and objective view of the situation.

During arbitration, our team of experts takes charge of the technical files and delay analyses to submit as evidence to the arbitration proceedings in respect of the given timeframe.

Our team of experts masters all arbitration phases, and actively engage counter-party experts, contribute to joint expert reports and necessary documentation, and respond authoritatively to claims and court requests on all matters of expertise.

Our experts are experienced in hearings, and are often called upon to orally respond to questions from the parties and the court on the subjects of their expertise. After the hearings, our experts remain at the disposal of the client to draft post-hearing reports.
