I have spent my entire career in the Treasury and Financing departments of a wide range of companies, both in terms of size (global groups, French companies, SMEs, etc.) and nature (family-owned groups, listed groups, LBOs, etc.). For the past 25 years, I have successively worked for ICI, Peugeot Outillage, Ford France, Groupe Taittinger which became Groupe du Louvre (Starwood Capital) and finally Saint Gobain Desjonquères (Oaktree since February 2010). I then decided to join the Eight Advisory team to develop Cash Services.

Unlike other players in the consulting market, this Cash Service is provided exclusively by a team of former treasury professionals who have worked in different environments. And as Pascal Raidron says, “Cash flow is now more than ever at the heart of companies’ concerns. The integration of these cash management elements into Transactions Services’ operations will bring undeniable added value to our clients, by allowing them to have a more complete perception of the situation of the company in question. The integration of cash management issues in restructuring cases seems obvious but will be innovative compared to what is done in the Restructuring Market”.

In 2021, I was entrusted with the management of Transformation Finance. The objective is to serve the needs of CFOs in the areas of CFO Advisory, BFR, IT Advisory, Short Term Financing and Cash Services. With a dozen Partners and about fifty employees, Transformation Finance offers a significant capacity for intervention.
