Florian Revellat has almost 20 years of experience advising private equity and corporate clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors worldwide. He primarily supports his clients on investments, divestments, strategies, market analysis, technology and ESG issues. He has developed extensive expertise in the energy (production, storage, distribution, services), water, waste and ports sectors, primarily in relation to mid-to-large size companies. Prior to joining Eight Advisory, Florian was Global Leader for Infrastructure Transactions at AFRY.

In addition to strategy consulting, Kai Karring has focused on commercial and operational due diligence services on the buy and sell side, primarily for infrastructure and private equity investors. He has been very active in the infrastructure sectors of power generation/renewables, gas/hydrogen, district heating, water, waste, ports/terminals and transport. Prior to joining Eight Advisory, Kai led AFRY’s global transaction service in the energy and infrastructure sectors and was Managing Director for Swiss Management Consulting.
