Nicolas has developed the Strategy & Operations practice.

He heads this service line at Eight Advisory. He specialises in complex deal situations (Carve Out, Integration) and also assists his clients in operational turnaround situations.

Prior to joining Eight Advisory, Nicolas was an operational manager for 13 years, manager under LBO in charge of several functions: Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Development, M&A and Strategy, Transformation projects, then start-up projects.
