The core value of Eight Advisory that defines me the most

Respect

Excellence is a given: I wouldn’t want to work anywhere that did not value Excellence.

Entrepreneurship, however, is what attracted me to 8A and what I enjoy most: driving the growth of our business while striving to deliver excellent work.

Respect is not always found in organisations that do excellent work and act entrepreneurially. Without Respect for people and society, Excellence and Entrepreneurship are not sustainable.
