William Berger is a Partner in Eight Advisory’s Strategy & Operations team. William is specialises in operational due diligence (inluding carve-out situations), post-merger integration, value creation plans and operational turnaround. His expertise areas include commercial effectiveness, labor cost organisation and agile organisation design.

William works for private equity funds, portfolio companies and corporates, mainly in the business services, healthcare, education and retail sectors.

Before joining Eight Advisory in early 2021, William had worked for 15 years in strategy and operations consulting and investment banking. He graduated from HEC.
