Missions

We are looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial and diligent Managers and Senior Managers to join our Transaction Services team based in Amsterdam. The team executes Financial reviews/due diligence in the context of an acquisition (buy-side/sell-side), independent business reviews (IBR), refinancing, disposal and financial restructuring advice.

As a Manager/Senior Manager you will work with experts in the field of transaction, transformation, and restructuring services, but will mainly focus on:

  • Performing financial due diligence when a client is selling or buying a company or business and identifying issues that may be of relevance and could have an impact on the transaction;
  • You identify and understand the key business drivers and provide value to the client through our services and your analyses;
  • You will analyze the profitability of a company and challenge or prepare business plans; value creation plans and synergy cases;
  • You will help your client (both corporates and private equity) with making a balanced decision at a structural moment in the lifetime of their company;
  • You will prepare deliverables including reports and presentations and will be at the heart of M&A transactions having discussions with the different stakeholders;
  • Collaborating in multidisciplinary teams with colleagues in Brussels and abroad;
  • Being supported by an experienced team with deep experience on some of the largest transactions in Belgium and abroad; and
  • Active contribution to business development (both internal and external) and entrepreneurship is expected and encouraged.

Required profile

We expect our future Managers/Senior Managers to have:

  • A Master’s degree in economics, commercial engineering, business administration or business economics;
  • Financial analytical skills and good accounting knowledge are considered as a prerequisite as well as giving meaning to the numbers and translate this into a well-structured report;
  • Between 2 to 5 years’ relevant professional experience in financial due diligence, corporate analysis or audit;
  • Entrepreneurial and looking forward to be exposed to challenging tasks;
  • Fluent with Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Clear opinions that you gladly share with others;
  • You like solving new issues in a practical and creative manner;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a great team player;
  • Advising skills and you know how to inspire clients;
  • A strong knowledge of Dutch, French and English; and
  • Eager to work on cross border assignments
