VDD and Carve-out of Idémia’s Signature and Gaming activities
The Eight Advisory team conducted the Vendor Due Diligence and Carve-out of Idémia's Signature and Gaming activities. These two businesses were sold to Docaposte.
Idémia is a French digital security company, leader in augmented identity. It specializes in biometrics, identification and authentication, data and video analysis.
Docaposte offers services to manage the digital and mobile transition for all organizations. The company has nearly 6,500 employees and works with over 23,000 customers. All of their data centers are located in France.
The acquisition of Idemia’s electronic signature business will strengthen Docaposte’s market position and its development in Europe.
The team in charge of the financial due diligence was composed of Fabien Thièblemont and François Gallizia.
The Carve-out team was composed of Nicolas Cohen-Solal and Jean Verley.
