Assistance of SPAC 2MX Organic in the acquisition of InVivo retail assets

Eight Advisory assisted SPAC 2MX Organic, a company created by Zouari-Pigasse-Niel, in the acquisition of InVivo retail assets.
SPAC 2MX Organic is a company dedicated to acquisitions in the production and distribution of consumer durables. It was founded by Xavier Niel, Matthieu Pigasse and Moez-Alexandre Zouari to create a new European player in sustainable, alternative and responsible consumption.
InVivo retail is a subsidiary of InVivo, a multi-activity, multi-brand and multi-channel player that operates in four businesses: gardening, pet supplies, lifestyle and food distribution. A leader in France in the garden market, with the Jardiland, Gamm Vert and Delbard brands.
The aim of this operation is to create a rival to Grand Frais by developing a new brand called “Le Grand Marché – Frais d’ici”, specializing in fresh and local produce, fresh produce, cheese shops, bakeries, fish shops and butchers. Their ambition is to open around 100 stores within three to five years, according to Thierry Blandinières, InVivo’s CEO.
The Eight Advisory team in charge of the financial due diligence was composed of Pascal Raidron, Gennat Mouline and Corentin Belard.
The Eight Advisory Avocats team in charge of the tax due diligence was composed of Guillaume Rembry, Guillaume Exerjean and Tatiana Maroslavac.
