Role of CRO office – We set up a “crisis unit” with a team spanning all functions (operations, purchasing, legal, HR, finance, etc.). In a limited timeframe, we develop an action plan to restore your company’s financial and operational health with local teams to ensure mobilisation.

We set up a tight, action-oriented governance including recurring working meetings and alignment with function managers.

Our approach is based on short decision loops based on regular short and productive sessions with senior managers. Finally, we build a financial model that takes into account the impact of revenue and cost trends to help senior management make the right decisions.
