Philippe is one of the Founding Partners of Eight Advisory Belgium and the Managing Partner of the Eight Advisory BeNelux (Brussels & Amsterdam). As Transaction Services and Restructuring Lead he brings more than 22 years of transaction and restructuring experience to the table.

Philippe has led many large client engagements for leading private equity houses and multinational corporations. He has deep knowledge in due diligence (buy-side, VDD/VA), Financial and Operational Turnaround and Restructuring, Debt & Capital advisory and Distressed M&A.

Prior to joining Eight Advisory, Philippe led the Financial and Operational Restructuring activities of one of the Big 4 in Belgium.
