Eight Advisory assisted Naturacare, owned by M80, in its sale to Dentressangle Capital
Eight Advisory performed the vendor financial due diligence as well as defining the value creation plan for Naturacare, a portfolio firm of M80.
Naturacare is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO) specialising in the development and manufacture of nutritional supplements and medical devices.
M80 is an independent private equity fund investing in health and wellness, business services and industrial products companies in Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
This transaction will allow Naturacare to strengthen its position in European markets and expand its service offering.
