Eight Advisory supported Aggreko on the acquisition of Mobil in Time Group

Aggreko is a global leader in energy solutions, providing rapidly deployable, modular power and temperature control solutions for however long they’re needed. Founded in 1962, they are headquartered in the UK and employ over 6,800 worldwide.

Mobil in Time Group (MiT), founded in 2007, has established itself as a leading provider in the areas of temporary heating, cooling, building heating and water damage with its high quality standards, in-depth expertise and tailor-made customer solutions. So far, the group of around 200 employees has been owned by Verium, an independent multi-family office based in Zurich.

The acquisition aims at enhancing Aggreko’s geographic reach and service capabilities in continental Europe, particularly within Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. By acquiring Mobil in Time Group, Aggreko strengthens its position in the temperature control market, while adding complementary water damage and remediation services to its offering.
