Eight Advisory provided financial and tax due diligence, as well as tax structuring services to QLS, a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity, on its acquisition of J&J Global Fulfilment.
QLS, founded in 1990, is a leading Netherlands-based eCommerce fulfilment specialist, specialising in outsourcing logistics for small and medium-sized web stores. The business model revolves around delivering fulfilment, parcel and software services, with a strong emphasis on automation and an advanced AutoStore system.
Headquartered in Northampton, J&J Global Fulfilment is an independent eCommerce fulfilment provider, serving over 350 mid-sized brands and online retailers. Powered by its proprietary cloud-based software platforms, CommandPort and ControlPort, J&J Global Fulfilment provides customers with an end-to-end fulfilment tool specifically designed for online orders. This enables clients to increase order volumes, manage order flows, improve inventory management and enhance customer experience.
