White Peaks Capital is a Zurich based private markets investment firm funded by family capital. The firm makes equity and credit investments in mid-sized companies in Western Europe.

pom+ is a Zurich based consulting company supporting companies and the public sector in designing and orchestrating their organisation, processes, data, systems and real estate as a future-oriented unit.

The partnership marks the first direct equity investment for White Peaks Capital and supports pom+ in accelerating its growth strategy, expanding its digital and AI offering, and pursuing M&A to expand beyond Switzerland.
