The acquisition aims to strengthen Driescher’s core business by expanding its customer base, driving product innovation and improving customer service. With the support of IK Partners, Driescher plans to expand its business in Germany while entering new international markets. In addition, the company may make strategic acquisitions to further accelerate its growthtrajectory and strengthen its market position.
