Eight Advisory supported Kharis Capital in the acquisition of a minority stake in Grupo Dani García

The strategic transaction marks a pivotal moment in GDG’s expansion plans. It improves operational efficiency, expands international footprint and further establishes GDG as a global leader in culinary experiences.
