Eight Advisory supported Clearway Group, a leading provider of technology-enabled security solutions, with financial and tax due diligence services as part of its acquisition of Secontec Group, a leading company in the CCTV towers and remote video surveillance.
The Secontec Group was founded in 2009 and consists of five companies, three of which are based in Germany, one in Austria and another in Switzerland.
Clearway’s portfolio of security solutions includes fixed and temporary CCTV systems, technology towers, fire and intrusion protection systems and life safety solutions.
