Our Buy-side due diligence support

Our goal is to improve your understanding of the target company, and enable you to identify the levers of value and the main risks associated with the transaction. Through an in-depth analysis of the financial data available, we help you understand all the financial aspects of your acquisition to ensure post-acquisition success.

Our teams will also help you to correctly report the conclusions in the transaction documentation, which will then be studied by the shareholders and financiers. Furthermore, we assist you with the in-depth analysis of price adjustment clauses.

Our Buy-side due diligence support

Vendor due diligence
