Eight Advisory provided financial and tax buy-side due diligence services to Fortino Capital as part of the acquisition of Nétive VMS, a leading Vendor Management System (VMS).
Founded in 2003, Nétive VMS provides a comprehensive vendor management system for managing contingent workforce programs. Headquartered in Rijswijk, the Netherlands, the company serves leading enterprises and MSPs across Europe. Its cloud-based platform ensures seamless workforce management, compliance, and cost efficiency.
With Fortino’s support, Nétive aims to scale its operations, drive product innovation, and expand further in key international markets. As part of this transition, Mikael Lindmark has been appointed as the new CEO to lead the company’s next growth phase. Co-founders Patrick Tiessen and Chris Neddermeijer remain involved, reinforcing trust and continuity in Nétive’s mission and values.
