The acquisition is expected to strengthen Gimv’s position in the food sector by leveraging The Spice Factory’s expertise in herbs and spices to expand its portfolio on the Connected Consumer platform. This strategic move is expected to create synergies between the two companies by combining Gimv’s investment acumen with The Spice Factory’s industry-specific knowledge to drive growth and innovation in the highly competitive food ingredients market.
