Eight Advisory IPCOM NV in support of its acquisition of ICL Gaskets & Insulation
Eight Advisory provided financial and tax due diligence services to IPCOM NV in support of its acquisition of ICL Gaskets & Insulation, a Dutch company specialized in high-temperature sealing and insulation technology.
Established in 1987 by the Tournier family, ICL, has become a leading player in providing technologically advanced solutions to heating system manufacturers in the domestic, commercial, and industrial HVAC markets. They offer a range of products, including the all-in-one burner insulation Pioneer®, extreme-heat-resistant gasket series Kerasil®, and innovative Ultra Low NOx furnace sleeves. Besides their tailor-made high-temperature solutions, they also offer gaskets of various types made of rubbers and silicone. ICL serves customers in Europe and North America with a team of approximately 35 employees.
This acquisition fits well in IPCOM’s Pan-European growth strategy to strengthen its High-Temperature Solutions Division, the INSULCON Group.
