Eight Advisory assisted Sateba in the carve-out and divestment of its UK based precast drainage business to Tracey Concrete
21 Nov 2023

Sateba, a European leader in precast concrete for rail and infrastructure has divested its Stanton Precast, its UK precast drainage business, to Tracey Concrete, an established name in precast concrete since 1979.
The drainage business was a non-core unit of Sateba, and its acquisition by its new owner gave Tracey Concrete a footprint on British soil.
Eight Advisory deployed a cross-border French and UK team to drive the sell-side carve-out support role for Sateba, developing the separation perimeter and financials and associated transitional service arrangements (TSA). The carve-out programme delivery team then supported the transaction through to completion.
The Eight Advisory team was composed of:
- Daniel Parsons, Will Doyle and Archibald Parayre on financial vendor assistance;
- Florent Berckmans, Nick Neil-Boss, Nick Breadner, Hebah Bibi & Michael Forrest on the carve-out programme delivery.
