Eight Advisory Avocats advised Magellan Partners in its entry into exclusive negotiations to acquire the MeTS business from Worldline
Eight Advisory Avocats worked alongside Magellan Partners as part of the contemplated acquisition of the Mobility & e-Transactional Services (“MeTS”) division of Worldline.
This division is specialised in the design, development, deployment and operational management of high-impact digital applications for companies and public institutions.
As part of this multi-jurisdictional transaction, Eight Advisory Avocats conducted the tax and legal due diligence, and has assisted Magellan with respect to the tax and legal aspects of the carve-out.
