Eight Advisory assists Dimotrans Group in its capital reorganization, with Crédit Mutuel Equity acquiring a stake alongside BNP Paribas Développement
Eight Advisory is advising Dimotrans Group, an international player in transport and logistics based in Pusignan with sales of €803 million, to reorganize its capital with the entry of Crédit Mutuel Equity alongside BNP Paribas Développement, which is reinvesting as part of an OBO.
Following this operation, Management’s ambition, with the help of its investors, is to continue strengthening the Group’s global offering, accelerating synergies between its various businesses, while continuing to carry out external growth operations as part of its “buy & build” strategy.
