Over a 10-month period, Eight Advisory provided integration support to Siemens Healthineers, following its recent acquisition of Advanced Accelerator Applications Molecular Imaging from Novartis in December 2024 — expanding its Positron Emission Tomography (PET) capabilities and its footprint in Europe. The transaction included manufacturing sites in France, Portugal, Spain, Italy, and Germany, as well as product distribution into Switzerland.
