Omnia Projects are a UK-based engineering consultancy specialising in Transmission and Distribution engineering, project management and technical assurance. Omnia Projects employs an experienced team of 110 staff, helping deliver critical infrastructure for clients including National Grid, helping to shape the UK’s evolving energy system.
Egis, headquartered in France, are a leading global architecture, consulting, construction engineering, operations and mobility services firm. The acquisition strengthens Egis’ ability to support the UK’s energy transition, enhancing its capabilities in energy infrastructure, grid connection and substation design.
