Eight Advisory provided financial vendor due diligence services to Koesio as part of the sale of its corporate IT activity Heliaq, leading player in support and IT solutions for the digital working environment, IT infrastructures, cloud solutions, cybersecurity and IT outsourcing, to Groupe Chevrillon, which holds a majority stake. Arkéa Capital and the management hold a minority stake, as well as Koesio which reinvests.
