Eight Advisory supported CVC DIF on the sale of its stake in France LNG Shipping

Eight Advisory provided financial vendor due diligence to CVC DIF as part of the sale of its stake in France LNG Shipping – which operates state-of-the-art Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) carrier vessels – to KKR-backed Ocean Yield. Valuation services were also provided by the Valuation team for the purpose of SPV contributions.
