Geoffroy has 22 years of experience in valuation. He has contributed to the development of Eight Advisory’s valuation team from its inception to become one of the leading independent teams in the market.

Geoffroy has developed extensive valuation expertise on major transactions. Recently, Geoffroy worked on the fairness opinions of the Lagardère group in the context of Vivendi’s takeover bid, and of the Devoteam group following the public offer launched by KKR and its founders.

Geoffroy regularly works for CAC 40 companies, private equity and infrastructure funds and family business offices in various sectors.

He works on (i) all types of valuations (of companies or activities, intangible assets, management packages and interest rate analysis) and (ii) in all types of situations (public offers and transactions, tax issues, restructuring situations or accounting and reporting issues).
