Eight Advisory supported Newton on its acquisition of Xantura Limited

Strategic delivery consultancy Newton has acquired Xantura Limited, a company specialising in the use of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to enable public services to better understand and support the needs of residents and communities. 

Founded in 2008, Xantura is a provider of data sharing and advanced analytics for the public sector. The company links data across public services to help organisations and systems deeply understand the individual needs of the people they serve. 

Newton and Xantura have already worked in partnership on client engagements. Going forward, Xantura will merge its offerings and work as part of an embedded and integrated Newton team. In addition, Xantura will continue to offer their OneView product to the public sector, including local government, healthcare, and central government.
