Cap10 is a Pan-European private equity firm based in London, with c.€400 million of AUM and making equity investments of €50-200 million. Cap10 focuses on primary-like transactions across various sector verticals. 

Compass Community (Compass) is a leading UK provider of therapeutic fostering, residential and special education for children with high acuity and complex needs.  

Cap10, together with the existing Compass Management, will acquire 100% of the business from the current majority shareholder, Graphite Capital.
