Eight Advisory supported Mutares on the acquisition of Greenview Group

Established in 2017 and based in Belfast and London, Greenview Group is a provider of mechanical and electrical installation, heating installation and servicing, property maintenance and improvements as well as a range of sustainable energy solutions, including domestic energy efficiency services. With around 190 employees, the company generated revenues of c.€36 million in 2023 and is forecast to deliver €45 million in the current financial year to March 2025.

Mutares, a Munich-based private equity holding company, has acquired Greenview to strengthen the Goods & Services segment of their portfolio. Mutares is highly confident that they can further expand Greenview’s market position, leverage strategic improvements and capitalize on the growth potential.
