This listing represents the first major in Euronext Paris in 2024 and one of the major initial public offering in Europe.

With nearly 600 employees in 12 offices, Planisware operates on a large scale, serving around 540 customers in a wide range of industries and organisations in more than 30 countries worldwide. Planisware’s clients include leading international corporations, medium-sized companies and public sector organisations.
Planisware has completed its initial public offering (“IPO”) on Euronext Paris in order to accelerate its growth and consolidate its position as an international market leader.
Eight Advisory Capital Markets & Financial Engineering, led by Partners Myriam Montillot and Vincent de Montgolfier, acted as financial advisor and partner to Planisware from the initial phase to the preparation of the financial documentation required for the IPO – business plan, KPIs, IFRS transition and prospectus. The team includes Julie Russeil (Manager) and Antoine Du (Manager).
