Myriam co-leads the Capital Markets & Financial Engineering group, which specializes in the production of accounting and financial information for corporate and LBO transactions.

Myriam has extensive experience in structuring, analyzing and executing transactions (structuring, Accounting DD, proforma, carve-out, completion accounts, opening balance sheet, transition from IFRS, French GAAP and US GAAP and PMI) from pre-deal to post-deal. She also assists clients in conducting market transactions (IPO, OPA, OPE, etc.).

Prior to Eight Advisory, Myriam headed the Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services group at one of the Big 4 in France.
Myriam has more than 20 years of experience including two years in Hong Kong.
