Nick Breadner has been promoted to Partner in Eight Advisory’s Strategy & Operations team in London. Nick has over 10 years’ experience advising Private Equity and Corporate clients on the operational considerations of transactions and change, through pre- and post-deal work. Nick joined Eight Advisory in 2022 and brought with him experience in post-merger integration, carve-out (buy and sell side) execution, synergy assessment and value creation. In this time, Nick has tailored a mid-market PE buy-and-build integration proposition which supports clients identify and capture value during these programmes. His focus on TMT (notably Telco) and Business Services complement the broader sector teams and strengthen the company’s capability in the UK.

Hanut Dey has been promoted to partner in Eight Advisory UK’s Strategic Valuations & Modelling team. Hanut is an Imperial College London alumnus and started his career in 2005 with KPMG’s M&A tax team. He moved over to V&M in 2009 and since then has built capacious experience in advising both private equity and corporate clients, across all sectors and in a wide variety of contexts. Hanut joined Eight Advisory in April 2021 to help establish the London V&M team. He is looking forward to contributing to the fantastic growth trajectory of Eight Advisory across Europe (and now in the US as well).

Guillaume Delorme, has been named Partner within Eight Advisory’s Restructuring team in Paris. After an initial audit experience at Deloitte, Guillaume joined Eight Advisory in 2012. After several years working in Transaction Services for private equity funds, Guillaume shifted to the restructuring practice. He built his expertise working on major debt restructuring cases (Casino, Europcar, Orpea) and advising clients in complex situations (distressed transactions, liquidity crisis, etc). Following on from his last 11 successful years, he will continue to contribute to the development of Eight Advisory with a specific focus on distressed refinancing. Guillaume holds a Master degree in Banque and Finance from Paris Dauphine University.

Luc de Saint Sauveur has been promoted to partner in the Strategy & Operations team at Eight Advisory. He graduated from the EDHEC Business School and started his career at Eight Advisory in 2012. He has a dual track in consulting (7 years in Restructuring at Eight Advisory) and in corporate (3 years in a food & beverage large corporate as chief of staff), bringing an extensive expertise to support companies in high stake situations. In 2022, Luc rejoined Eight Advisory in the Strategy & Operations practice where he will support the growth of strategic and operational assignments with an emphasis in turnaround situation.

Axel Raubert has been promoted to Partner in the Transaction Services & Restructuring team of Eight Advisory in Marseille. Axel is a graduate of Toulouse Business School and started his career at EY in 2011 working as financial auditor for middle market companies in France. He joined Eight Advisory in March 2015 in Paris and successfully embraced the entrepreneurship value by opening the Marseille office in December 2021. During the last two years, he developed the activity in Transaction Services and Restructuring in the Mediterranean region supporting corporate accounts and private equity firms with financial due diligence and companies in a situation of underperformance and crisis.

François Beugin has been appointed as Actuarial Partner in Paris, charged with establishing and developing an actuarial practice, with a primary focus on insurance transactions. François Beugin is a certified actuary with a master’s degree in economics, Finance and Actuarial Science from ENSAE (2000) and a master’s degree in engineering from Ecole Polytechnique (1995). Specialising in actuarial modelling, Solvency 2, European Insurance M&A and data analytics, he brings a wealth of expertise in corporate finance, risk management and insurance. With a career characterised by strategic contributions to capital management and market presence, as well as extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions gained at Oliver Wyman and in previous positions at investment banks, François is an experienced professional at the interface between finance and actuarial science.
