Eight Advisory provided financial and tax due diligence services to SPIE in support of its acquisition in Correll Group.
Correll Group, an electrical engineering firm, stands out for its expertise in the connection and testing of submarine high-voltage cables for the interconnection of wind farms.
The acquisition is a key step in SPIE’s diversification strategy into renewables. Since 2020, SPIE has won several contracts in the French offshore wind sector, including two related to the Fécamp and Courseulles-sur-Mer offshore windfarms.
- The team in charge of financial due diligence was composed of Alison Harutunian and Anne-Mariama Sanou.
- The tax team consisted of Dean Lake, Michael Hackley and Phoebe Lightfoot.
