Eight Advisory prepared a financial due diligence for BPI France in the context of BPI France investment to strengthen Fives’ capital
Eight Advisory carried out the financial due diligence on behalf of BPI France to support the capital strengthening of Fives Group, a major company in the industrial technology sector.
2022 was a record year for Fives Group, a paris based business with more than two hundrer years of history as generated 2 billion euro in revenue for the first time. This growth trajectory lead the Group to consider a €150 million capital increase, in which current shareholders CDPQ, PSP and Ardian, as well as new investor Bpifrance, will participate.
