Eight Advisory supported Montefiore Investment in its investment in Catlante Catamarans

Eight Advisory conducted financial due diligence for Montefiore Investment as part of its acquisition of Catlante Catamarans.
Following a competitive process involving strategic and financial investors led by Cambon Partners, Montefiore is organising the acquisition of Catlante Catamarans by the Nov Tourisme Relance Durable fund, accompanied by Bpifrance with France Investissement Tourisme 3 (FIT3) and a new CEO, Hervé Bellaiche.
Catlante Catamarans has established itself as a major player in the luxury catamaran market. The company markets, organises and operates catamaran cabin cruises. Montefiore Investment, a renowned private equity firm, recently decided to invest in the company to support its further growth.
