Eight Advisory supports UpSlide in the opening of its capital to Partech

Eight Advisory is advising UpSlide, a French SaaS software provider specialising in optimising the use of Microsoft Office for financial services firms, open its capital to Partech, a transatlantic venture capital fund specialising in information and communications technologies. The transaction gives Partech a 30% stake in UpSlide.

UpSlide works with financial and service companies to improve their productivity and brand compliance and enable their employees to focus on more rewarding work. The acquisition will enable the company to further expand its presence in the U.S. and Asia Pacific markets.

Partech, a global investment platform for technology and digital companies, is the ideal partner for UpSlide with its expertise and international network. The investment firm, known for its ability to identify and support technology nuggets, sees UpSlide as a key player of the future in the SaaS sector.
