Eight Advisory provided financial and tax due diligence services to HG international, a Cobepa portfolio company, in relation to the acquisition of Ecozone Ltd.
HG, a leader in specialty household cleaning products in Europe, has acquired Ecozone. Ecozone specialises in eco-friendly cleaning, laundry and dishwashing products. The acquisition of Ecozone is aligned with HG’s ambition to become the undisputed European leader in the specialty household cleaning market while reinforcing its sustainability credentials.
The team leading the financial due diligence was composed of Jonathan Broom and James Wallace.
