Eight Advisory supported Mayfair Equity Partners backed Tour Partner Group (TPG) on the acquisition of V.O.S (Vision of Scandinavia)

Tour Partner Group, founded in 1996 and headquartered in Harrow, England, is a leading B2B destination management company specialising in tailor-made tours across Northern Europe, including the Nordics, Baltics, and the UK. The group unites more than 150 destination specialists and operates offices in London, Edinburgh, Dublin, and Copenhagen, designing travel experiences for groups, FIT, and the MICE industry. 

Mayfair Equity Partners, established in 2014, is a London-based private equity firm focused on buyout and growth capital investments in the technology and consumer sectors. Vision of Scandinavia (V.O.S), founded in 1998 and based in Copenhagen, Denmark, is a leading destination management company specialising in leisure round-trips to Scandinavia, Iceland, and the Baltics. With nearly 25 years of experience, V.O.S offers a wide variety of services, including standard round-trips, tailor-made group programmes, and individual tours, and is recognised for its dedicated team and multilingual support. 

The acquisition aimed to enhance Tour Partner Group’s presence in the Nordic and Baltic regions, enabling the group to offer an even broader range of travel solutions and strengthen its position as a leading destination management company in Northern Europe.
