Financial and tax DD of StorIQ for Cegid
The Eight Advisory UK team provided buyside financial and tax due diligence on StorIQ for Cegid.
StorIQ, founded in 2015, is a London-based in-store activity management platform. It is particularly suitable for retailers with between 50 and 2,000 stores and boasts around fifty clients including top brands such as Hugo Boss, Clarks and Marks & Spencer International. StorIQ has around 30 employees and supports over 11,000 stores in more than 50 countries.
Cegid, a French business management software publisher backed by PE firms Silver Lake Partners and KKR Cegid, is a leading provider of cloud business management solutions for finance, human resources, CPAs, retail and entrepreneurial sectors.
The StorIQ platform is a valuable addition to Cegid’s retail portfolio, thereby bolstering its position as leader in retail POS solutions in France and worldwide.
The finance team consisted of Alison Harutunian and Scott Gourley.
The tax team was composed of Dean Lake, Caley Mogg and Tom Sykes.
